Great - my Ugg boots have a hole in them and I have no recourse on this fault. Just glad I got my goods - unlike some of the poor customers here who did not even receive their items. This is when online shopping is NOT a good idea :-(
I ordered a few dresses, but I received just 4 out of 6 (out of stock). I wrote to them and ask for refund. I received an e-mail with information that my refund will be send within 14 days. 16.01.2012 (after 12 days) I got money back. I see now that I was lucky...
I am also awaiting a refumd from this company was emailed on the 17/01/12
i emailed them back on the 20/01/12 but still nothing check there web site it still says its being fixedm think we all can say good bye to our money, unless
someone knows what we can do.

I am really sorry to hear these awful tales. I ordered and the boots were delivered as promised and no problems at all. I would not use them again however having read all these remarks. I hope they return all the monies they owe to trusting customers. These stories make shopping online very scary.
I've ordered twice from them & the only problem I had was with late delivery - took about 10 days to arrive, but this was over the Xmas period. I've not had to return anything, so I can't comment on their returns policy.
I guess I was just lucky, I loved my clothes & got them cheap as anything.
rip off site that takes your money and does not refund, i am still awaiting refund from November they do email back when they feel like it but fob you off. they even emailed me on the 18/1/12 saying my refund has been processed...liars its now 27/1/12 and still no refund...its nit fair that were all at a loss. i have contaced my credit card company to to log a dispute with the transaction so its a case of wait and see if i ever will get my money back
Company owes me £20, and fobbed me off that the woman who deals with refunds is on holiday 4 days after NY!
I ordered a dress on 10/01/12 and paid next day delivery so should have had it by the 12/01/12. I received an email saying it had been processed but never received an email saying it has been dispatched. I have emailed them many items and no response and now when I email them it bounces straight back. I have rang the number several times and has even gone to answer phone or if someone has answered it they then put the phone down. I have contacted sagepay and they said there is nothing they can do! How can they get away with this?

As another person has said this company has gone bust. Now when you try and visit the sit it says 'site undergoing essential maintenance' YEAH RIGHT!! I am owed £135..my christmas present!! Sooo angry!! Hope they get their comeuppance!!
I have waited a while to actually put my review on here (giving them the chance) I ordered on the 10/1/12 and recieved comfirmation that they were out for delivery that day, so should of been here at the latest 17/1/12 but i have recieved nothing.
I've reported to Watchdog and also contacted Dominic Littlewood, it's disgusting that there being able to get away with all of our money.
I also contacted Sagepay who are the 3rd party but who the money goes through securely, they have contacted me back and have contacted (as they call it) vendor for them to contact me in 7 days. I'm not holding out much hope, but they have also said they will back me up if needed with my bank as i paid by debit card. We all need to get this guy bought down and give some answers for what he is getting away with.
NEVER USE AGAIN (IF THE SITE EVEN GOES UP AGAIN)
Ordered some Ugg boots (£195) at the end of November received them quickly with no problems and seemed a decent company. However after sending them back due to being too small on 2 December 2011 I am still waiting for my refund after being sent an email confirming that they had the boots back and would refund me within 14 days.
It is now 20 January 2012 and I still have no refund! I have emailed them and have got no reply, the website is still down and when you try ringing them you just get an automated voicemail machine.
Find this all very suspisious, maybe the company has gone bust? Either way it is very poor service and unfair that this company have got our money.
I have now contacted my credit card company who are sending me out a form and are going to reimburse my account immediately. Luckily I have still have the confirmation email of my returned goods as proof to my credit card company which they require as evidence. Now they are taking the matter up themselves and will chase Yogoego for the money back.
I suggest everyone else contacts their credit card companies too as there looks little hope of getting a refund ourselves from this company. IF the Yogoego web site comes back up and running which I highly doubt it will anyway, my advice is DON'T use them!
I bought items to the cost of £100.00. They were not satisfactory but the paperwork theyb sent did not include a return address. Since the website has been down for over a week I managed to find an e-mail to ask for the necessary information. No reply to date. This is completely unacceptable.
I placed my order 9/01/12 and i had confirmation etc. and then dispatched confirmation too on 10/01/12. Still haven't received my item! I was surprised as i ordered UGG's on here a couple of months ago with absolutely no problems. The website must have gone down only a couple of days after i placed this order, so i have no contact for the company. I have since seen all these bad reviews and am now left wondering if they really have just cleared off and kept the money from my last order.
ON THE 2ND OF JAN, I ORDERED 3 ITEMS AND ON THE 10TH OF JAN I RECIEVED 2ITEMS, 1 WHICH WAS FAULTY.

I HAVE REPORTED THIS COMPANY TO WATCHDOG, I THINK EVERYONE SHOULD DO THE SAME, I ALSO TOLD MY BANK & THEY SAID THEY COMPANY HAVE RECIEVED NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS IN THE PAST.
CHECK YOUR ACCOUTS. I HOPE I STILL GET MY SECOND REFUND. NEVER BUYING FROM THERE AGAIN.
I bought a French Connection Dress at the end of Nov 2011. Returned it and got an email from YOGOEGO to say the received the dress back and I would have a refund in 14 working days.
Well the 14 working days passed no refund, rang the company and no answer- until one day a man answered the phone and said because they were so busy with the xmas rush it was taking longer than usual to process refund (LIES!!) and he took my details saying someone would be ringing me back about this (LIES!!)
Heard nothing back until I got an email at the end of Dec from a women called Lisa Dean to say that someone from Finance would be looking into this when back on the 3rd Jan (LIES!!).
Sill no response, then got an email on 6th Jan stating my refund was being processed (LIES!!).
It has went on long enough- we need to take action!!
This was my first experience in dealing with this company, I purchased a french connection dress a couple of weeks ago and I have heard nothing since!!!, I have left a couple of answer phone msgs and email's with a lady called Ally blackwood she was the only contact name I could find connected to the company but haven't heard anything back from her because obviously she can't be bothered to get in contact with me and explain what happening with my order, the egoyogo website has been pulled off the internet leaving me with no way of contacting them further, which conclude's that they have taken my money and gone!!
I was amazed to see bad reviews on this. I ordered my Hudson jeans at a fraction of the rrp, got them promptly and love them to bits. Seems from this that I have been one of the lucky few. Will think twice about my second order...!
UPDATE LADIES....... this morning I have received a credit into my bank for the cost of the boots!!!!, I am still owed postage cost according to their refund policy as the item was return due to their error, but at least it is a start, check your accounts. I have my fingers crossed for you all
I ordered ugg boots on 30th November which I returned for a refund. They confirmed receipt and said refund would take 14 days. Once this passed I emailed then phoned. Initially they were answering the phone ( end of December) and told me Lisa deals with refunds and wasnt there but took my number and reassured me she would call. Obviously she didn't so I called again and was told same thing.
The emails I send them bounce back and now no one is answering the phone and the website has been down for a week now. Very suspicious.
I'm livid that they have £120 of my money. I called my credit card company on Friday and asked if they could help. They were very helpful and have sent me a form to fill in and they'll follow it up. Trouble is I returned the invoice with the boots and only have the email confirmed they'd received boots for refund. It doesn't state price to be refunded or any other details so not much evidence. Sneaky.
I'm hoping that I can get the money back from the credit card company but don't hold out much hope as I have limited proof.
They have obviously gone under and it looks like lots of people are owed money/goods.
I advise people to contact their credit card company and see if they can help cos there's little chance of getting it from yogoego.
Not sure that this company actually employs anyone to work in customer service - I'm waiting for a refund since 7th December, no communication at all despite numerous emails/calls. Never, never buy anything from this site unless you are 100% sure you will keep it as refunds seem to be a swear word for these people.

Boots I ordered were too big, I sent them back recorded delivery. Received confirmation that they had been received back on the 13th Dec 2011 and yet I am still to receive a refund! They won't respond to my emails or answer my calls. I can't afford to be out of pocket. Awful company, stay away!
i bought a pair of ugg boots back in nov after 3 wears the stitching came undone so sw lisa and was told send them back. they got then 2/12/11 but didnt reply to me until 13/12 and said would refund as out of stock. i am still waiting and it is 13/1/12 and i keep sending emails and trying to speak with anybody but just get fobbed off. after looking on internet about previous companys this man has owned i dont have any faith in getting my £200 back from them. i am going to complain to advertising standards agency about the lie about refund on their website and take legal advice.
Update: I can see you are reporting this site to some organizations. I also want to do so (still no communication with them or refund). Please, advise to whom shall I provide all the necessary information (I placed my order from Bulgaria and for sure I am not the only one in this position from my country). It is clear that we will never get our money back (our credit card issuers are not helping us for sure :(), but at least we can file our complaints and try to help!
My order was cancelled ten days after I made it. I know it was cancelled because I asked, they were not planning to infom me. Now one month after the cancellation I am sill waiting for the refund. Nobody is answering my emails!!!
I wonder if anybody managed to get their money back!
They told me it'd take 2 weeks (but usually less) for a refund, yet I'm still awaiting it after more than 2 weeks! Wouldn't buy from this website again or recommend it!
I ordered a pair of UGG boots for my daughters birthday and paid for 'next day delivery'. I waited in all day and they never arrived.
I phoned Yogoego the next day who said 'they had courier problems' (would of been nice to of let the customer know) and 'they would be delivered next day'. Again, waited in all day and nothing arrived. I phoned UPS who was meant to deliver the item to be told they 'cannot locate the parcel'.
I phoned Yogoego again and they said they would 'refund my money' but that was 9 days ago and still no refund. I have now put a PayPal dispute in.
This company does not understand Customer Service and they lie. They don't respond to emails that you have sent them. The only way I got a response from an email was when I phoned them and said 'nobody has bothered to respond to any of my emails' and when I checked about an hour after the conversation they finally responded.
My advice is to avoid Yogoego as you probably won't get your order or a refund! I will fight this all the way.
