Been shpping there for years now.
Never had any problems, delayes or badly packed items.
The first issue I had with a broken item went like this: Contacted the chat support line. within 2 minutes I was in contact with an employee who issued a full refund. On a Sunday nonetheless!
Higly recomend this to anyone looking for great deals and good service!
I've used amazon for years and was really happy to discover that the same great service carried on when I moved to Denmark.
Only thing that would be better would be if they lowered the min order amount for free super saver delivery to mainland Europe. I would use them even more if they did.
Customer service at amazon is brilliant and other companies online would be wise to learn from them.

I have literally lost count of the number of orders I've placed with Amazon and cannot remember an occasion when I was left feeling dissatisfied. I have had to return a few items but this procedure has always been handled smoothly. On one occasion I had cause to speak with their customer services and found them helpful and courteous. Amazon are my preferred supplier for most things I buy online.
Jeg har kun positive ting at sige om amazon.uk.co. har bestilt nogle af mine julegaver hos amazon igen i år. Har dog ikke brugt deres underleverandører da de nogen gange tager tre til fire uger for at nå frem så betaler lidt mere for varen men er så osse sikker på at få den på kort tid.
De gange hvor tingene ik er dukket op men forsvundet i postsystemet har jeg kontaktet den og så let som ingenting sender se tingene igen uden at bekoste mig noed det samme er gældende hvis tingene er gået i stykker under vejs.
Bestilte den 29 nov 2013 om aftenen. Og fik pakken leveret i dag den 3 dec. 2013 og endda med fri fragt.
Man skal dog huske at man hus amazon.uk.co betaler VAT som er skat/moms det undgår du hvis du handler ved underleverandørerne (der skal du til gængæld betale fuld fragt for hver ting selvom du køber tre ting ved samme underleverandør)

I tend to hardly use amazon as prefer the quicker easier service on eBay, play.com etc. However I wanted a scholl express pedi so was shopping around for the cheapest price. Found the product for £19.99 - approx £10 cheaper than anywhere else. Bargain I thought so logged on the next day to buy the item and surprise surprise they had put it up by £10.00!!! Spoke to Amazon on customer support and they tried fobbing me off saying prices hadn't changed for the item since October (they checked their catalogue) apparently. So I went back saying they were lying as my colleague at work had actually bought the product 2-3 days earlier at the £19.99 price. Funnily enough when I offered to give the order details they didn't want to know. Just said the price is the price which I thought was an absolutely joke. I work as a team leader in customer services and if one of our customers complained about something like this we would honour the price for them! If we said 'the price is the price' I think we would lose a hell of a lot of business but then amazon are a company that are too big for their boots nowadays. Oh worse is to come.... 7-10 days later - the express pedi went on the Black Friday sale at 1.45pm for.. Yep u guessed it... £19.99! Funny the customer service guy didnt mention this at the time of my complaint. I've now decided they must've put it up to to then put it down again on Black Friday to make it seem like people are getting a bargain! Joke. End of.
Having used Amazon for years without any problem whatsoever, the day I needed a product urgently - guaranteed next day - it went wrong. In this case it was the courier, Citylink, who claimed to have tried delivery but in fact had made no attempt at all. We were in, waiting, neighbours were in and no card was left!
Importantly though, Amazon responded promptly, had me re-order the product and delivered to an alternate address by midday the following day (DPD are a fantastic courier company by the way) which all happened as they said, refunds were given on all delivery charges and at the end of the day everybody was happy!
Top top marks to Amazon and especially to Midhun, the customer service person who helped me.

When we were sold the idea of selling our products on Amazon, we were told their would be adequate customer support and we would be backed by Amazon, as their customer, more than we would be on eBay.
However, after 2 months I can honesty advise against any seller joining Amazon.
If the 15% fees weren't bad enough, their A-Z Claims mean they will back the buyer no matter what. If a buyer wants a refund, all they need to do is put in a claim and Amazon will back THEM, not their customer i.e. YOU.
Please re-consider joining Amazon as a seller.

jeg har købt meget over amazon de seneste par år lige fra reperations kits til iphone til headsets. de er billige og de er til tiden hver gang! og nogen gange lidt før. deres kundeservice må være en af de bedste! jeg købte et street by 50 i februar 2013 som jeg har været ekstrem glad for indtil idag hvor det gik i stykker den højre side stoppede med at virke meget pludselig og skrev straks til amazons kundeservice og forklarede min situation og der var intet de skrev med det samme det skulle jeg ikke tænke på og jeg kunne selv bestemme om jeg ville have pengene retur eller om jeg ville have et nyt og jeg bestemte mig for at få et nyt og han skrev self. det sender vi til dig og du har det hjemme ved dig imellem torsdag den torsdag den 28. og torsdag den 5. og jeg skulle bare sende det gamle tilbage til dem så snart jeg havde muligheden for det og han sendte en bekræftigelse til mig MED DET SAMME sammen med et forsendelses pre paid papir som jeg bare skulle sætte på kassen alt i alt et ekstremt kunde minded firma med nok det største udvalg i verdenen og jeg vil helt klart blive ved med at købe fra tusinde tak til amazon!
Has anyone noticed how stingy Amazon have become lately? First they put a limit on how much you need to spend for you to qualify for Supersaver Delivery, then they delay the delivery of goods till the following week.

Ja, Jeg havde bestilt to onesie jumpsuits derinde. Det gik meget fint men jeg synes det kunne være rart med nogle flere mails om hvor langt posten er noget, eller om posten er blevet sendt.

Efter et par dage kom den uventet fra kina i en slags sort sæk indpakning, men det var godt pakket ind da jeg dårligt nok kunne åbne pakken.
Men ingen Told!! Deres varer var vist fra kina men ja...
Dette er klart et sted du nok ikke skal være bange for at handle og det er nok ikke sidste gang selvom der var en smule irritation.. :)

Ik bestel met regelmaat bij Amazon UK. Zo ook deze keer, surprises voor de Sinterklaas: een dvd, boek, chocolade, 2 games en een speeltje voor de hond. Alles netjes ontvangen. Echter was er een probleem met het speeltje, een stoffen vis met pieper, waarbij de naad open stond en de vulling eruit kwam. Contact opgenomen en gemeld wat het probleem was. Alvast een label geprint voor het terugzenden en een verzoek ingediend voor een nieuwe vis. Dezelfde dag kreeg ik nog een mail dat ik het product mocht houden, niet terug hoefde te sturen én een nieuwe zou krijgen. De nieuwe vis was na het weekend al hier en in perfecte staat. Bedankt Amazon!
Jeg har købt en del ting via amazon.co.uk (forstærker, affugter, tegnetablet, skole bøger, sleeve til bærbar). Deres fragt kan være lidt dyr til DK, men det opvejes af deres lave priser. Det er heller ikke alle deres underleverandører der sender til DK. Til gengæld er det nemt, overskueligt (du kan altid se hvor langt din pakke er) og billigt.

Also, NEVER order multiples with S&S. Make an individual order for everything in an attempt to get a discount (mine has gone from 5 to 15% by doing this).
I bought TCA peel and especially looked at amazon.co.uk, because I did not want to pay custom for products from US. I have been recommended by friends to this website. However it turned out that the ordered product I bought, came from a total different place, something called international bodyworks and sent via USPS - America! And it did not arrived in the time it said. I contacted USPS and it said NOT FOUND, but strangely enough that did not come out when I printed the message - it said I should contact my post office. The International Bodyworks wrote that it would take two weeks more to arrive.The Amazon said they could only give 30% back as this was not their problem. I phoned my bank and funny enough the employer had had the exact same experience with amazon.co.uk!

Although the UK site still works very well, orders are shipped on time and prices are good, but you can find so many more things on the American Amazon website at amazon.com.
Jeg forstår simpelhen ikke at de digitaliserer bøger med et software, hvor man ikke har mulighed for at lave referencer / sidehenvisninger. Kindle har ikke sidetal? Har købt en dyr bog og vil gerne referere til sidetal. De har kun "location 304343" - hvem fanden henviser til "Forfatter, titel, location 495u04i2+o4i2+0o42+##!§§ i din Kindle" i et videnskabeligt tidsskrift? Frustrerende...
Well what can u say amazon are the first online retailer I check out when looking for something I need and 9 times out of 10 they are cheaper than anyone else ! I like the subscribe and save which is 5% discount and if you get a few items in a month on it you can save 15%
Bought a voucher for a massage via Amazon. When I phoned the place it seemed impossible to book as they were keep saying they haven`t got enough staff. After getting fed up I rang Amazon and they gave me a refund in about 3 minutes! Ace!
