Great Service~!
I purchased one of the Pet Corrector spray cans as I have a dog that is part chihuahua, and barks at everything that moves and some things that don't! It arrive in 4-5 days, and so far is helping. She still barks, but not so hysterically and not so loud, and is much calmer. Thanks a bunch! Somebody posted to your facebook page advertising it that people should save their money and just work with their dogs better. I posted back that this worked better than anything else I have tried and was well worth the money.

Adorable and Utilitarian Thundershirts
It has helped my beagle mix to have much less fear when there is a thunderstorm in the area. My dogs don't normally wear clothing but he does not seem to mind this. It's almost like he knows he feels better in it. The best thing is, it fits all three of my various shaped dogs because of all the stretch and Velcro and I get more use out of it because they have different needs for the Thundershirt. I may be ordering another one soon.

Speedy delivery
The website was a little hard to navigate. I just wanted to order dog food but the pet flow box kept showing up. A little frustrating. This is my first order. Tried it because of a living social coupon. But I did sign up for the auto delivery so I'll see how that works out. Got a good deal on the blue buffalo treats. Remind me to rate you again when I receive my first delivery.

Pruchase arrived on time or rather in a timely mannor. Very happy with it. DOGs love the treat I love the fact that the treat is healthy 4 them!! ! !!

Fast Accurate Service, Reasonably Priced
This is the first time using PetFlow, and I wasn't sure what to expect. I just know that I'm tired of dragging bags of kitty litter and canned wet food from the store. Since my 11-year-old cat won't eat anything but wet food anymore, I have to special order Friskies Indoor formula wet food for him. I don't even see it much in the stores here, and I need quite a bit because my cat goes through 1 - 2 cans a day. So ordering it by the case online seemed like a great solution. It IS. I was really pleased that my order got here 2 days after it was shipped as promised (actually a little early). I am saving money this way, too, rather than buying individual cans of this and that to keep my boy happy. He loves the indoor formula wet food, and I'll keep buying it as long as he eats it. This was a great online purchase experience. I have no complaints.

I love this company!
I recently place an order for the first time. I will definitely be ordering again. I love the variety of brands and the convienence. If I could change one thing about the web site, I would make it so you can sort your searches by pet type. Say I search for toys, I am a cat owner, I don't want to look through dozens of dog toys to find cat toys. Otherwise, this has been great! My order arrived on time and was very nicely packaged for shipping.

Little Miss Daisy is absolutely LOVING her new bully sticks ordered from PetFlow!! I wasn't sure if she would or not. She doesn't usually like to chew on sticks. I found the dog can food lids I had been looking for! I couldn't resist looking through the treats and bones available while I was here. With so many to choose from I was completely amazed at the selection! If you can't find what you are looking for here you probably don't need it! Or should I say Fido doesn't need it!;)

Great deals with quick delivery!
I saw a deal on Facebook for bulky sticks for 0.99 cents a peice. We bought 40 for our dog, Ollie, and couldn't wait to get them. We got them in the mail very quickly, it only took about three days. They are perfect! They would be 3-5 dollars in the pet stores and shipping was very reasonable.

Not what I expected
I order bully bone. They were very thin. One bag that was to be 12 inch sticks were not all 12 inches.
I feel this was a bate and switch deal.

Fast service, good product.
I approached PetFlow as a last resort - there was no local availability of a specific brand/flavor of cat food that I needed (Blue Basics turkey/potato cans). Nothing else would do, and all the stores were out of stock, as were several other websites. Stumbling upon Petflow, I placed an order, and to my delight received the shipment two days later!
I will say I was a bit put off by the hard sell to make a standing order. It's a nice idea for those who want/need it, but just give me the option, don't keep pestering me about it.
That said, your service was a great help, and my sensitive kitties now have plenty of food. If the local stores will not stock my product, I will definitely order from you again.

Disappointing Experience, Good Follow-up
Ordered for the first time. Received a bag of dry food within a week.
Unfortunately, the food was already past the expiration date on the
bag when it arrived.
Called to complain and was promised a replacement bag immediately.
PetFlow apologized and promised to check their warehouse supplies.
Received replacement in about six days.

Extremely fast
The prices may not be the rock bottom lowest you'll find, but they're comparable to other websites. Free shipping is a huge bonus but you've got to spend $50 to get that perk. However, they ship SO FAST that's it's almost spooky! I ordered very late Sunday night and it was received on Tuesday with no shipping upgrade (and the cans of food were in perfect condition, no dents at all). I definitely recommend them!

Love the Pet Corrector I ordered. Came really quick and really does work. Like a company that sells things that are as described. I was walking my two dogs, big ones, when another dog decided to come out at us. One of my dogs was going to confront the other dog. I blasted one squirt of the stop bark and it was like magic. My dogs stopped, my friend's dog jumped up on her, the other dog ran back to its yard. I was happy.

Will defently bee buying more Bully Sticks.
I ordered a pack of 20 6" Bully Sticks and My Maggie loves them , and she's picky about her chewies. Her vet thought I had been brushing Maggie's teeth. Nope just her Bully Sticks, they don't smell all that good so I just give her a Greenie or mint flavored chew and she now has clean teeth a good breath. Because Maggie is so small (Chihuahua) I take them away from her when they get real small. I would recommend to anyone and have told all my fur baby's parents.
